DALLARA-AK ESPORTS Project Manager 

Job Summary: This position supports local activities, coordinates presentations, and assists with setup and operations of audio and video equipment.  

Duties/Responsibilities:
•    Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
•    Coordinate local activities and events, ensuring they align with company objectives and standards
•    Create and deliver presentations to stakeholders, partners, and clients
•    Organize and assist with setup, operation, and maintenance of audio and video equipment for events
•    Collaborate with esports team to ensure smooth execution of esports-related activities and events
•    Maintain knowledge of SIM Racing developments
•    Build and maintain relations with local vendors, partners, and educational entities
•    Ensure all tasks are completed on time, within score, and within budget
•    Coordinate and manage staff for all events 


Requires Skills/Abilities:
•    Knowledge and understanding of the motorsports industry
•    Experience with project management and project management tools
•    Knowledge and experience with esports
•    Basic understanding of budgeting, timelines, and resource management
•    Experience working with audio and video production equipment and technologies
•    Strong organizational and time management skills
•    Good written and verbal communication skills
•    Passion for esports and sim racing


Work Environment: Generally an office environment but will also require oversight at events.

Travel: Ability to travel to support events.  

Education/Experience: BS in Business, Event Management, Sports Marketing or a related field preferred

Sr. Simulation and Performance Engineer 

This position leads the Driver in the loop activities and track performance area in Dallara USA, an area that is part of the Vehicle Dynamics and Performance Department of the Dallara Group.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • In-depth knowledge of vehicle dynamics
  • Experience with calculation software (Python, Matlab, Simulink or similar) and
  • Work experience with full scale vehicle testing
  • Experience with control systems
  • Work experience with Aerodynamic test (wind tunnel, CFD) preferred 
  • Knowledge of tire modeling
  • Previous experience in data analysis software (Pi Toolbox, Atlas, Motec, etc).
  • On-track race engineering experience in motorsports, a plus.
  • Resourcefulness, professionalism, strong predilection for teamwork, open and optimistic character 
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to interact well with others 

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Automotive, Vehicle Engineering or related degree program
  • Extensive coursework in Vehicle Dynamics  
  • Minimum of 3 years work experience in similar role
