At Dallara we believe that “good quality” must always be evident to the customer. On the other hand, customer satisfaction quality is not only identified with the conformity of the product/service, but also with the quality of the institute, that generates it. We have decided to certify our Quality Management System because we are convinced that our customers not only demand excellent products and services but they also value respect for collective needs and expectations that highlight the sustainability and responsibility of the company. We think that an effective QMS does not exclusively require the rigorous use of skills and techniques. It also demands a propensity for sincere adherence to regulatory principles, to continuous improvement -intended as a mindset, not as a slogan- and to the dissemination of documented information as valuable organizational assets.

ISO 45001:2018 - Occupational Health and Safety Management System
Dallara has embarked on a path, which started with the certification of its OHSAS that goes far beyond the full respect of the current laws, because it considers the safeguard of the health and safety of its workers as a fundamental requirement for corporate social responsibility.The activity of prevention and protection of its workers’ health and safety is paired with a strong training effort carried out to make the work environment safer and healthier, preparing the key safety figures to manage emergencies and to daily spread the safety culture. Every day we strive to maintain and improve the organizational well-being of the people who work in the company because we believe that the best way to mitigate risks is to recognize the critical issues in advance.

ISO 14001: 2015 - Environmental Management System
The decision to certify our environmental management system proves the will to ensure our partners our constant commitment to become a landmark in environmental challenges. Dallara has integrated environmental and climatic aspects into its investment strategies promoting the adoption of technologies that respect the environment by optimizing the use of energy, paper and water, and that reduce the production of waste. We are aware that our model is fully effective only if every person who works in the company actively collaborates.
