Motorsports Sales and Support
Sales and Support is responsible for the distribution of parts and supplies to customers as well as processing incoming parts while navigating quality control issues.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Control the flow and distribution of parts and supplies to customers
- Responsible for inventory planning and forecasting.
- Process backorders and communicate with customers on expectations
- Collaborate with Engineering Department to update pricing and parts listing
- Maintain strong communications with Engineering Department regarding new parts within the pipeline.
- Provide annual updates for pricing for customer order forms.
- Plan and coordinate safety updates and new training
- Interact with customers, both at the race track and in the office to process parts orders for race teams.
- Coordinate shipping and receiving of parts.
- Maintain Warehouse (stocking, ordering supplies, cleanliness) and sales trailers, assure cleanliness and good presentation
- Ability to be Forklift operator. Participate in annual training.

- On your feet for 12+ hours

Education and Experience:
High School Diploma. Some college preferred.
Travel:
Some travel will be required, especially during race season (March – September)

DALLARA-AK ESPORTS Project Manager
Job Summary: This position supports local activities, coordinates presentations, and assists with setup and operations of audio and video equipment.
Duties/Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Coordinate local activities and events, ensuring they align with company objectives and standards
• Create and deliver presentations to stakeholders, partners, and clients
• Organize and assist with setup, operation, and maintenance of audio and video equipment for events
• Collaborate with esports team to ensure smooth execution of esports-related activities and events
• Maintain knowledge of SIM Racing developments
• Build and maintain relations with local vendors, partners, and educational entities
• Ensure all tasks are completed on time, within score, and within budget
• Coordinate and manage staff for all events
Requires Skills/Abilities:
• Knowledge and understanding of the motorsports industry
• Experience with project management and project management tools
• Knowledge and experience with esports
• Basic understanding of budgeting, timelines, and resource management
• Experience working with audio and video production equipment and technologies
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Passion for esports and sim racing
Work Environment: Generally an office environment but will also require oversight at events.
Travel: Ability to travel to support events.
Education/Experience: BS in Business, Event Management, Sports Marketing or a related field preferred
